1. Fire Relief in Chittagong, Bangladesh: On December 6th, 2020, nine families lost their homes to a devastating fire. Our immediate response included providing food, comforters, clothing, and financial assistance to these families. While their material possessions were lost forever, your support helped them begin to rebuild their lives amidst tragedy.
2. Supporting Mrs. Aklima’s Medical Treatment: Mrs. Aklima, a mother of three in Bangladesh, was diagnosed with mitral regurgitation in 2017. As her condition worsened, impacting her daily life, she required immediate mitral valve replacement surgery. With your generosity, we provided financial support to alleviate the burden of her medical expenses, ensuring access to life-saving treatment for her and her family.
3. In Ankara, Turkey, a 70-year-old woman who had lived a modest life serving others developed colon cancer. Being an elderly widow, she was unable to collect enough funds for her treatment.
