This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information received by ZamZam Foundation Inc., both online and offline, on any Platform (“Platform” includes the ZamZam website), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

Your privacy is a priority to ZamZam Foundation Inc. (sometimes referred to as “us” or “we”). We want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information relating to you, your computer, or your device, and that enables your identification (the “Personal Information”).  This Privacy Policy describes our practices with information that we collect from  a user (sometimes referred to as “you” or “your”) through our website.  This Privacy Policy only addresses information collected directly through or from our website. Moreover, it does not address to or govern any information-gathering, use, or dissemination practices related to information collected from you other than directly through or from the website, such as from telephone, postal mail, additional offline means, or media.

Unless we specifically request or invite it, we ask that you do not send or otherwise disclose to us any personal or sensitive information such as your political opinions, racial or ethnic origin, religion or other beliefs, criminal background, health, or any sort of membership. Where you provide us with such information without request from ZamZam Foundation Inc., we reserve the right but are not obliged, to erase any such information at our discretion.

The website is not particularly restricted to individuals of any age group, but the recommended age is 16+ years old. However, donations can only be made by individuals who are 18+ of age.  We do not knowingly collect Personal Information online from individuals under this age group.  We reserve the right to delete any information identified as having been provided by minors at our discretion.
