About sponsoring a child

How does sponsorship work?

Choose a child who is waiting, or select several, then choose how long to pay ahead. Once your payment goes through, the children you chose are yours to sponsor. If one of them is sponsored by someone else in the meantime, we match you with another child who is waiting.

What does my sponsorship cover?

Your sponsorship covers a child's meals: three hot meals a day, every day, for as long as you sponsor them.

How long does a sponsorship last?

You pay ahead in one payment for 6 months or longer: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or a number of months you choose. When it ends, you can sponsor again from this page.

Can my family, mosque or organization sponsor a group?

Yes. Select up to 20 children above and sponsor them together. For a larger group, contact us and we'll help you set it up.

Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?

Yes. Zam Zam Foundation INC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 85-1571287). A receipt is emailed to you as soon as your payment goes through.
